About Get Pink Elko County
Get Pink Elko County is a local non-profit (501(c)3), dedicated to providing financial assistance to women and men for their preventative healthcare, as well to those requiring additional treatment. One hundred percent of all donations and funds are used to help women and men in Elko County. We believe its important to provide free and/or affordable options to our community members in our isolated area. Breast cancer is the second most common cancer in women, and it can also affect men as well. Many women and men in our community dont have the funds to pay for their necessary healthcare exams, whether it be preventative, or for treatment. With your help, together we change that! Get Pink thoroughly screens applicants needing financial assistance to ensure your funds are helping those with true financial needs. Qualifying patients can choose the facility of their choice.
What makes us different is that we are local, patients can choose where they receive their care and they dont have to wait for the provider to come to our community. That means there is little to no wait on appointments and medical staff IN TOWN that can answer your questions.
