The Elko Office of Waddell & Reed is seeking to fill a Part-Time Administrative Assistant role to support the continued growth of our advisor(s) and their respective practice(s).
This position will assist a Financial Advisor’s personal team whose focus is on excellence in client service.
Candidate must have meticulous attention to detail and possess a positive attitude. The successful candidate must be personable and also responsible, confident, self-motivated and a team player.
• Target start date: ASAP
• Requirements: Must be willing to submit to background & credit check
• Compensation: Hourly Wage (Dependent on Experience)
• Schedule: 20-30 Hrs./week with opportunity for increase
Overall responsibilities include:
• Prepare Paperwork for Meetings and New Accounts
• Manage projects and activities within CRM
• Foster and support client relationships and overall team culture
• Marketing & Client event coordination and planning
• Other duties as assigned.
