Lamoille Country Fair
                                                                                                                          JUNE 24TH LAMOILLE COUNTRY FAIR. June 24th, the Lamoille Grove and surrounding area will become abuzz with excitement, food booths and craft venders.  The Lamoille Country Fair was created the last Sunday in June by the by the Lamoille Women’s Club 43 years ago, to maintain and improve the clubhouse, but has become one of the club’s two main fundraisers tohelp support their community’s involvement with charities throughout the Elko area.

John Reischman & the Jaybirds fly in to Elko - and More on June 28!
This extraordinary band features some of the finest acoustic musicians on the road west, led by veteran mandolin player and vocalist, John Reischman, who formed the band in the 1990s. The Jaybirds are a two-time Juno-nominated band delivering their own trademark blend of original songs and instrumentals, reimagined tunes from old-time vaults, and bluegrass power. They are simultaneously modern, vintage and unique.

For all musicians: learn how various bluegrass instruments create music collectively.

Run for Liz!! 5k
Anytime Fitness (chamber member) is putting on a 5k to raise money for Lizzy Pritchett. On Sep 13th there will be registration, food, raffle, auction of Lizzy's paintings, etc at 6:30pm at the Sage gym in Spring Creek. The 5k will take place at the high school at 8 am Sep 14th. The race is $30. ALL PROCEEDS GO TO LIZZY.

The Family Resource Center is hosting a gift show featuring the work of local artists from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on December 18th, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on December 19th. The event will feature fine art including paintings, collage, photography, and textiles. Gift wrapping will be available. The evening includes light refreshments, artist demonstrations, and music.
