We get it! Being a teenager is hard. That's why we're excited to introduce our new "Navigating Adolescence: Empowerment for Teens Series," every Tuesday from 5 PM - 6:30 PM at the Family Resource Center at 331 7th Street, Elko, NV 89801.
 
This comprehensive workshop series is tailored to provide your teen with the skills, knowledge, and support they need to not only survive but thrive during these transformative years. Join us as we delve into a wide range of topics that will empower your teen to confidently navigate the challenges and opportunities that come with adolescence.
 
In this dynamic workshop series, teens will:
- Develop essential life skills like goal setting, communication, and problem-solving.
- Build resilience and confidence to navigate challenges with grace.
- Explore healthy relationships, personal safety, and self-care strategies.
- Learn about mental wellness and effective stress management techniques.
- Discover insights into mindfulness, career exploration, and more.
