| 5/13/2023 | The Family Resource Center is hosting a FREE Healthy Teens program for youth in 5th grade-7th grade (ages 10-12) for a one-day Saturday session. Hosted at FRC, 331 7th St. in Elko on Sat. May 13th from 9am-4pm. Lunch will be provided for attendees. Permission slips are required, signed by parent/guardian before class (can be signed morning before class begins). For planning purposes, please pre-register by calling 775-753-7352, texting 775-397-1874, or emailing teenhealth@elkofrc.org.
Those who attend the full session of the program will receive their choice of a free backpack filled with school supplies or a $25 store gift card! **One free incentive allowed per child per year.** Also, all youth who complete a Healthy Teens program from October 2022-September 2023 are eligible to apply for a brand new SCHOLARSHIP opportunity!
