7/9/2024 | The StartUpNV Rural Nevada Roadshow, in partnership with the Nevada Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED) and sponsored by the USDA, supports entrepreneurial growth and success for established and aspiring small businesses and founders in rural Nevada. Over the course of the year, the roadshow will visit eight different rural Nevada communities across seven counties, delivering a series of educational events. These events will deliver information on key areas crucial to business growth, such as developing business models, understanding customer needs, market sizing, and crafting compelling value propositions. Entrepreneurs participating in the Roadshow will also learn more about local resources and programs available – including GOED’s international trade and export program, and receive access to StartUpNV’s online incubator, IncubateNV. This FREE event will take place at Great Basin College on Tuesday, July 9th at 12pm and lunch will be provided. 7/19/2024 -7/20/2024 | Northeastern Nevada's biggest party is bringing you something totally new! The third annual Summer Daze event for 2024 will be a two-night concert hosting four amazing artists at the Elko County Fairgrounds, in Elko Nevada.
Starting Friday, July 19th, we will be kicking off with Rittz, followed by Yelawolf. Then on Saturday, July 20th, 10 Years will take the stage, followed by Nothing More! Gates open at 5pm both days with the first show beginning at 7pm. Local artists will be opening each day. Several great food trucks will there serving up food during the show, so come hungry! All concert tickets holders are also invited to an after-hours dance party each night from the end of concert until midnight with DJ Chip Stone.
